Registration covers equipment, uniforms, and program essentials depending on the sport: Tackle Football ($325) Includes: • Helmet & shoulder pad rentals • Game day uniform* • Team duffle bag *Cleats and mouthguards are required, but not included and must be provided by the participant Flag Football ($150) Includes: • Game day uniform • Practice T-shirt • Team Socks • Flag belts and flags *Cleats and mouthguards are required, but not included and must be provided by the participant Cheer ($350) Includes: • Cheer uniform* • Practice set • Cheer bow • Backpack *Shoes and personal cheer accessories are not included unless otherwise specified. Tackle Football is offered for ages 7U–13U and focuses on skill development, safety, and competitive play. Flag Football is co-ed for ages 4–6, with all-girls divisions 11–14, offering a safer, fast-paced introduction to football fundamentals. Cheer is available for ages 4–14, supporting all football teams and participating in competitions throughout the season.

Equipment Policy Flag belts and flags are issued for use during the season and ill be returned in to the head coach at the end of every game and practice. Equipment not returned within 14 days of the final game may result in legal action and/or replacement fees. Uniform Policy *All uniforms and program-issued items remain property of Polk County Tigers Program unless otherwise stated. Uniforms must be worn only for official team events and games. Failure to return any required items at the end of the season may result in replacement fees and/or further action.

Player eligibility is based on the athlete's age as of July 14, 2026. No exceptions will be made.

• A 50% non-refundable deposit is due at registration • Final payment must be paid in full by June 1 • No refunds after uniforms or equipment are ordered, no refunds after June 1 under any circumstances

Registration is completed online through our portal here. The following documents are required for registration: Sports physical dated 2025 or 2026 Birth certificate Passport-style photo Final report card from the 2025-2026 school year* All documents except the report card must be uploaded during registration. Physical copies of all required documents must also be submitted to the Scholastics Coordinator at PCTigersCompliance@gmail.com no later than June 1, 2026. *Report cards must be submitted to the Scholastics Coordinator at PCTscholastics@gmail.com. Once registered, families will receive next steps and important season updates via email.
